Register/Sale app crashing on new Clover Duo devkit

When I attempt to charge an Order to a card the entire system locks up and and shows a blue screen. The system won't function again until a power cycle is performed. I found a thread describing and illustrating the same issue I'm having. Could someone please install the missing app?

After I tap "Charge" this is what I see:

Thank you! I have the ability to run credit cards and use the CFS now!! I'd like to update this post with the missing package, would you please share what was missing? I forgot to save a list of installed apps to do a comparison.

The app is Pay Display. The package name can vary so better to just note the app name.

The missing app is "Pay Display" per Jeffrey Blattman for anyone in the future who needs it.
