We recently purchased two Clover Solo's for our kitche and bar. The way it is setup now the kitchen staff can access the bar items, is there any way to limit the kitchen's ability to see and/or select the bar items?
I am not aware of a way to do this. However, this forum is to support third party developers that build integrations with Clover's platform, so we aren't suited for these sorts of questions. You may want to try contacting Clover support.
