Can't create test merchant where country is Canada

Hi guys,

I can't create a test merchant where Country is Canada in prod environment, it's given me an error which involved an appId that doesn't belong to me.

Is there a bug there or am I missing something?

It looks like some sort of configuration issue, unfortunately we probably won't be able to look at this until next week

What is your developer id? Can you explain what you plan to do with a Canadian test merchant in prod? In prod all test merchants will be "blackholed" so there is really no difference between a US test merchant and a Canadian test merchant.

Hi there,

Having the same issue here - I trust you when you say don't worry about it, but I would like to confirm things on my end are working end to end, in case I have a bug properly associating Canadian merchants with the correct billing information in our system. Is there an ETA on this?

No, there is no ETA, we are going to start working on it but it is likely going to be several months. I would recommend you mock out things on your end.
