another developer account did not have 2FA verification.
It gave me this error when I tried to log in with the clover launcher on the emulator while developing an application.
and then I went and did 2FA. but it didn't work.
"you accent has been locked due to too many failed login attempts"
I found the reason.
I have a product clover account.
I don't have a sandbox account.
so i couldn't login with emulator.
I created a sandbox account and logged in with it and was successful.
