Our app has been available for 5+ years and we are very familiar with the apk approval and religiously follow an apk signing procedure. We released our most recent version to 100 devices. Of those 100, every device that is a Clover Duo has failed to install and, even worse, the app has disappeared from these devices. This is a SERIOUS, real time problem. These merchants rely on the scheduler 8+ hours per day to conduct their business and cannot conduct their business at all without the scheduler. We signed and submitted our app in the same way we always do. We noticed, this time, that the turn around time was very short...there was almost no delay between the approval and the signing (normally there is a 2-4 hour delay). Regardless, we have no way of knowing what the issue is. The Duo will say "Installing"...followed by "Install failed". We need help immediately...there should be a way to get help for production level issues such as this.
