How can to call API from another country?

Does my support team from Vietnam call APIs to the sandbox server for testing purposes?

You shouldn't have a problem calling the API from Vietnam.

Hi David,
Thanks for your answer. At the moment, the Vietnam team tried to call "get API" but they get the error message as below.

I think that the web service does not allow any request out of the US.

The sandbox base URL is https://sandbox.dev.clover.com.. Also, your merchant id may be off (this should be a 13 digit alpha-numeric id). Information for resolving 401s can be found here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/401-unauthorized.. This does not have anything to do with you being in Vietname.
