Using Rest API how can i know currently how many orders in preparation on kitchen.

Hi Clover team,

Need to know how many orders in preparation on kitchen stations using your api reference.

We don't have a clear indicator for when an order is being "prepared".

Can you please suggest any way that i can use and get information regarding in-progress orders in kitchen.
