Unable to create a developer account

Get confirmation email and get test merchant creation page but cannot scroll down to proceed

You will have to provide some more details, what environment? Can you provide a screenshot?

This is when I try to create a developer account. I am using chrome browser, tried safari as well . The bottom portion of the form appears to be truncated and I cant proceeed.screen-shot-2021-06-19-at-11004-am.png

I just tried, and I can't reproduce the issue, the button to create the account is present and I am able to create it without issue.
