We have been integrated to the Clover API for quite a while. Recently we started seeing "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error" pop up when troubleshooting why no sales data was bein returned. Looking in the Clover API knowledgebase this was mentioned "performing an intensive the server might not return a result" . So we closed the larger window to only asking for the last 10 mins of sales data and the API returned 3 days of sales data. Have not had this issue with the Clover API before and nothing had changed on the internal server running the API. Pulling from Orders > ClientCreatedTime > Lineitems.
Any help would be appreciated as we are unable to continuously pulls sales data for our current clients.
