Cannot see device on dev kits after I reassign my device to a new merchant recently created (sandbox)

After created a new merchant under sandbox environment, I reassigned my device to that new merchant, I can access to the merchant dashboard where I can see the transactions, order etc, however, if I go to the main dashboard where there is the dev kits, I cannot see my device, I would like to assign my device back to the previous merchant, however, I cannot see my device.
