package name, not allowed permission: ORDERS_R

Hi All, Can any one help me out, How to resolve "not allowed permission: ORDERS_R", In developer console i have added permissions, but still i am getting same error, I am testing in emulator with min 2nd gen.

And i have one more problem that i am not getting any notification after creating new order , i have followed available documents but sill no luck. Kindly help me out by providing any way how to resolve both the issues.

Apps sideloaded onto sandbox devices do not get your chosen permissions until you perform a special ritual which involves installing via adb, clicking install on the web dashboard for the apk (which tells Clover to give the permissions to your package), syncing and then installing via adb again. There are more details here: https://community.clover.com/idea/17112/remove-permission-constraints-on-apps-running-on-s.html. Search for questions referencing missing read/write permissions and 403 codes as well, it's quite a common issue.
