Sideload Google Play Services Possible or Discourage?

On the Clover emulator, there are some google apps there already. Though I didn't think about Clover POS doesn't package Play services on the devkit. So my sample doesn't work on devkit. That said, would sideload Google Play Services possible or discouraged?

Would Clover considering adding a small subset of google play services to the SDK?
