Semi-Integrated USB receipt printing on void transaction

Hi,


I'm trying to print a void transaction on semi-integrate .net currently when i void a transaction the screen on the mini display transaction has been void, but i believe it's mandatory to be able print void transaction receipt.

Would you kindly be able support me on this

After the void, the receipt options screen should be displayed, are you not seeing that?

Hi David,



No not seeing the receipt option when i complete a void, the clover mini screen display transaction void, no option for receipt option.

I ran a void using a a different SDK and got the receipt options screen. Perhaps you are suppressing it? Can you include your complete request, as well as the steps you are following, and perhaps a video of the transaction on the mini.
