Semi-integrate Clover Flex thru Windows .Net integration

Hello,


We are trying to semi-integrate Clover Flex thru Windows .Net integration using both USB Pay Display and Secure Network Pay Display.


But When I tried to connect my Windows computer to the Flex Device using USB Pay Display using USB cable, its displaying as "NOT Ready, Please make sure your USB cable is plugged in to both devices".


Please let us know if it is possible to resolve this error.

We recently (Jan 1, 2020) discontinued support for USB Pay Display on the Clover Flex devices. I would encourage you to change your integration to Secure Network Pay Display moving forward.
