how to reflect transaction when amount is removed from cash drawer
Hi Guys, I was developing the application for payouts in clover,When i do cash events it is reflected in cash log but not reflecting on reports and transactions,Is there any way to reflect the cash events in transactions and reports.
A cash event isn't a transaction so it won't be reflected there. A cash event is sort of a "I need to take some cash out but no inventory changed hands". If you want this to be recorded as a transaction you should initiate a manual refund. If a cash tender is used it'll cause the cash drawer to be popped.
