Regarding REST API Integration

Hi,

Do you have void and refund functionality through API? Moreover do you provide multiple merchant id for one username & password?

I don't believe void and refund are available through the API.
Can you clarify your question regarding multiple merchant id for one username and password?
You can certainly add the same email address as an employee to multiple merchant accounts then when logged in easily switch between merchants.
