Transaction being failed for sale transaction

Hi Team,
We are getting following two error events when we swipe any test credit card(like MC TEST CARD, VISA Classic TEST CARD etc.) on clover Mini Device while doing sale transaction.

1. Error Event : Transaction declined: Charge declined PLEASE RETRY-225.
2. Error Event : Transaction failed: Error connecting to payment gateway. Please try again later.

Also, when we swipe test Debit Card then it is prompting for INVALID PIN ENTRY when we enter random PIN(but earlier it was working with random PIN).

Also, while doing refund we are getting following error event message

  • Could not void/return transaction. Please retry-225.

Could you please let us know the root cause for these kind of issues?

Hello all,

We are aware of an issue that had been intermittently affecting transactions over the past few days. It should now be resolved, but please let us know if you continue to experience any issues.

Just figured I would pile on here as well. We are also getting this on our dev devices with test cards.

It looks like it's working again. My transactions are now going through.
