Integration of android app with clover

Hi All,
One of my client needs to develop the Android app that will use the Third party API. and needs to upload that app in the clover app market.
I have searched a lot regarding the clover and its integration. Anyone here who can explain what the clover is, and how the android applications are developed for clover.
