Tender suddenly missing on one of our live customers
Our custom tender object is suddenly missing on one of our production customers. We have no DELETE api calls setup, and are unable to see how/why it no longer exists, while all of our other objects still do.
Our customer believes they couldn't have deleted it accidentally as it's difficult to even reach via the clover device.
Is there a process for investigating issues like this with clover officially?
This happened to us previously too - I'd recommend trying a couple of things initially:
1. Reinstall the app and rerun it (if you are creating the tender programatically)
2. Ask the customer to check that the tender hasn't accidentally been turned off/ disabled. You can do this by going into the Setup App (on device or web) -> Payments -> Make sure the tender is turned on in the list of Accepted Tenders
