Permissions Required To Use Merchant Tenders API (Sandbox)

My app has requested ALL of the permissions through the Oauth setup, and many of the API endpoints work file (such as orders, payments, etc).

However I keep getting "Unauthorized" when attempting to List Tenders or Add a Tender. Is there some special permission required for managing Tenders?

I am using the Sandbox environment still if that makes any difference.

Is your app installed to your merchant and device, or did you just sideload it? The app needs to be "installed" from Clover's perspective to use the SDK.
