How are the order-level discounts rounded? I'm aware of the rounding rules on tax, and read that discounts are rounded in the same manner.
However, since discount totals are negative values, does that mean rounding rules are reversed?
E.g: For an order discount of -34.567cent, would that be rounded up to -34c (following tax rounding rules) or down to -35c (flipped).
