Webhooks by app

Hello,

We have developed a Clover Android app, and want to check how it works with different partners.
Can we be sure that if any unknown partner can use our app and we will get all the webhooks by this app, coming to our url?(for example: new unknown partner downloads the app, making orders using it, will we recieve webhooks about these actions?)

If you tested your app in our sandbox environment, you can create an additional test merchant to ensure the webhooks are working correctly. This should be sufficient testing for our production environment.
