Why can a merchant download my app from their web dashboard but not from the Clover Station?

A merchant called in to let me know they can't find my app in the Station App Market. Why is this? They can see it on the web App Market.

If you released a Web App - it's only available on the web dashboard. You need to build an Android APK in order to download to a Clover Station.

This is probably because your applications' configuration for devices does not have clover station device enabled. You can enable this by going to edit app for your application in the developer dashboard. Under the Devices heading, enable for required and compatible devices.
