When I try to login from https://www.clover.com/global-developer-home, it says production is down
Then I switch to sandbox, then it says sandbox is down.
I just don't understand why status.clover.com still say that the service is operational...

Yeah, this seems to be a total disaster since this past Monday, when they completely broke app oauth on the legacy Sandbox. I have been in contact and they recommended using this new GDE (Global Developer Experience) account, which is clearly not ready and full of bugs!
For your question, that usually happens to me when it logs me out, so I sign out, go back to https://www.clover.com/global-developer-home, sign back in, then it works for a while.
