Problem With To Go Orders Not Showing on Reports

Has anyone had a problem with to go orders not showing on the reports? When reports are run the money shows up over, but the to go orders items are not on the report.

Since there are many types and different ways to view reports can I ask you to be extremely specific? Which reports? Web or Android? Where does the money show up over? How much did you expect it to be? How much over is it?

How were these to go orders created ?

You can create and edit Order Types by logging into your Web Dashboard > Setup app > Order Types.

In terms of orders not showing up on the reports, please be more specific with timeframe, your business name, which orders (include Order IDs) are not showing up, etc.
