When I am registering a new global dev account to an email that is not associated with any merchant or that was just created, it keeps telling me that this email is already registered and when the confirmation link comes to the email, it leads to Not Found page. I have tried clearing browser cache, changing the browsers and create new emails, but nothing worked. I have messaged to developer-relations with the problem and got no response, tried reaching out over the phone and did not succeed as well. We have tight deadlines for pushing the project into production, please help.
