How long to verify developer account?

I submitted my accout verification almost 13 days ago. I emailed developer-relations@devrel.clover.com twice but I haven't heard back from them. I also checked my spam folder but I don't see anything there as well. 1720118768779.png


What else can I do to know the status of my account verification?

I need to submit an app for approval which is dependant on this account verification. Can someone please help?
