Hosted checkout payment webhook log

Hi


I am facing strange issue, We are using hosted checkout page for online payments and using webhook page to logged those payment, out of 100 payments for 5-10% payments our webhook page is not called (we are logging each webhook request on our end) Is there any way that we can see the webhook logs on clover side ? for a particular payment if the clover called our webhook URL or got any error while calling that webhook

Hi

Thanks for the reply but as i mentioned in the questions its happening only for 5-10% of the requests which means 90% requests are working fine with same webhook settings, So i believe all the settings on the clover side are correct (thats why 90% requests are handled as expected)

We are also logging each request hit our webhook URL , and there we don't see any log so now there are only two possibilities

1 - Clover is not hitting our webhook URL

2- Clover is getting issue while accessing our webhook URL

and to trouble shoot this i would need some log on the Clover side (if there is any) to analyze if there is some issue with the network (not accessible / 404 error) or something else

@dcode - We are experiencing the exact same issue. Please post back here if you find out where they're dropping out. :)

We have been having the same issue since May 2. Does Clover implement a retry mechanism if they call a webhook endpoint and do not receive a response?

We are experiencing the exact same issue. We've had web hooks configured and working fine for months. However, recently we are not getting the web hook notification for some payments. It's not all payments, though, because we are getting the web hook notification for some payments.

Given that others are having this issue, I can only assume this is a problem on Clover's end. Where can we find the log for web hooks on the Clover dashboard, and is Clover looking into this issue?

We are also experience the same issue. Lately webhooks are a hit or miss and unreliable. Did something change on Clover's end?

Also can't find any API to fetch if their checkout payments were successful or not. It is causing issues on our end.
