How to dissociate a Dev Kit and switch test merchant?

I'm having trouble dissociating a devkit kit from my test account.

I tried both ways that I other people mentioned on the internet.

I tried "factory reset" but it doesn't make any difference.
On SandBox, I tried going into Dev Kits on the side-nav, but there is no Disassociate Dev Kit button.

Could you kindly support.
