How to dissociate a Dev Kit and switch test merchant?

I'm having trouble dissociating a devkit kit from my test account.

I tried both ways that I other people mentioned on the internet.

  1. I tried "factory reset" but it doesn't make any difference.
  2. On SandBox, I tried going into Dev Kits on the side-nav, but there is no Disassociate Dev Kit button.screenshot-no-dissociation-button.png

Could you kindly support.

It actually quite bizarre, they have two different portals. One is Global Developer. One is their Sandbox. You have to do that in the Sandbox. Login from here to see your associated device: https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/.


It's even more bizarre that we have to create two different accounts and two different MFAs. Like if they don't make it the same site, at least use SSO...
