I am using PayTraQer to export the sales from clover to QuickBooks for my client. When we initially set it up and tested it everythign worked fine. But now we have over 250K in uncategorized income and sales. After copious hours with PayTraQer support team it was discovered that the clover API was returning the sku for some sales but not for others. All items have a sku in our inventory.

Transaction with SKU: 9WPT985VAE5W8
Transaction without SKU: 80KGE5ZP315TY

I am kindly requesting the Clover support team to provide clarification on why the APIs are not returning the SKU for the item through the API. Addressing this issue with their assistance should help resolve the matter.
