I'm trying to upgrade from the First-Data Payeezy gateway to Clover as it's being migrated to that platform but it asks for the Merchant ID as well as a "SITE ID". The Site ID I can't find anywhere unless it's the MID mentioned near the Merchant ID in the Clover "Merchants" area. I tried that in place of the "SITE ID" and receive an error still.
Also when it asks for "user name" and "password", are we just supposed to use our Clover Dashboard credentials?
This has been melting my brain so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
