Global Test Merchant Ecommerce API Tokens not listing

When I go to generate an Ecommerce API token the list of integration types is empty.
When I inspect the source, the console is littered with errors.

I would but global dev account doesn't let me log in.

I log in put in my 2FA it fowards me to the dashboard for the sandbox and it kicks me back to log in screen. Been going on for 1 week now.

I think its because I added 2FA to the sandbox merchant account so I could generate these keys in the first place. Now, I think, its trying to connect to that somehow and kicking me out.
