App Ecommerce Settings which one covers them all?

When logged into the developer account setting up my app.
There are 3 options.
API

Hosted Checkout

Hosted iFrame

How can we use all of them?
Does API cover them all?

If so you should kind of mention that in the setup process.

API means you are going to tokenize via the API which increases PCI burden a lot, so you probably don't want to do that unless you really know what you are doing. So, assuming that's our, I am pretty sure you can just select iframe and also use the hosted checkout, easy enough to confirm by trying it.
