using API calls to process payments has always returned a TransarmorToken, which we then use to make another API call to void or refund a payment, if that is needed.
like this - <TransarmorToken>07xxxxxxxx359830</TransarmorToken>.
This has been working for years, then when we were converted from Payeezy to Clover in Sept, it continued to work just fine.
But now, on just one of the Merchant accounts that I support, the TransarmorToken is no longer being returned. The other Merchant accounts I still get the token back.
does anyone have any clues as to why?
