Why is the Clover Mobile App not allowing customers to add their card payment?

Customers are having trouble paying for online orders on the Clover mobile app using their card or apple pay. When customers try to place and pay for an order using the app, it displays this message. a0812178-7ac2-402a-ab7d-19f820c7001a.png
