Our current problem and context are listed below.
Problem: We haven’t found how to trigger an expo receipt using public api calls.
Context: With our app, we can print, using the print api, and produce an order receipt. However, we need to print a receipt with the format of the expediter (Expo) receipt. We currently get the right format from the online orders.
Open questions:
- Does online ordering use the public api(s) to print?
- Are there Clover settings that may need to be adjusted (even though we’re getting the correct format printing with online orders)?
- Can you direct us to the correct api calls?
