DECLINED: No reason provided

Estamos integrando con la API y nos esta tirando el error: "DECLINED: No reason provided", esto es en ambiente de PROD. Alguien sabe que puede ser la causa del error?, porque la verdad que mucho no dice el error.

Necesitamos más información sobre el tema. ¿Qué API estás utilizando y cuál es el ID del comerciante? También por favor dame tu ID de desarrollador.
