Hipaa merchants no longer have clover app store

I was just told by Clover Support that Hipaa merchants no longer have access to the Clover app store as of September. It is not documented anywhere that this was happening or that it did happen. How do I know this is at least true for now? Because I have a Hipaa approved clover app and all of my merchants cannot access it because the "More tools" is gone from all devices and web dashboard. Please someone tell me this is not true...or it is a temporary Glitch!

In Sept app market was removed from HIPPA merchants. All HIPPA merchants received an email notification of the change. If you app is HIPPA compliant and a merchant needs to download it, please reach out to

developer-relations@devrel.clover.com for further assistance
