Trouble Verifying My Developer Account: Need Assistance with Business Information Update

I'm encountering issues with my Developer Account as I'm unable to update my Business Information, and the "Verify account" option appears grayed out. My Developer ID is 9KKQTGCKJ1D0P. How can I address this problem?

The solution is provided in the link you mentioned. You CANNOT verify a Sandbox account
