Tap Surcharge

Good day, need some help on this tough one.

Model Flex 3. Surcharge applies properly on transactions with card inserted in the machine. However, surcharge does not show or apply if the transaction is done with tap.

Do you know if the transactions was 100% credit because any debit(signature/ PIN) are not allowed for surcharging.

Its only for debit, the surcharge correctly applies on cards inserted.
