Please make sure your app does have merchant read and downloaded to your test merchant via the dashboard.

If you sideload your apps you still have to download the app to your test merchant from the dashboard.

Hello,

To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

Review App Permissions: Check the documentation or developer resources provided by the Clover platform to determine the required permissions for the specific functionality you are attempting to use. Ensure that your application has been granted those permissions.
Verify Clover Developer Account: Confirm that your Clover developer account is properly set up and associated with the application you are using. It's possible that there may be a configuration issue with your developer account that is preventing the necessary permissions from being granted.
Grant Necessary Permissions: If you have confirmed the required permissions and they are missing, you may need to modify your application's settings or request the appropriate permissions from the Clover platform. This process typically involves accessing your developer account and adjusting the app permissions.
Test in Sandbox Environment: Ensure that you are testing your application in the sandbox environment provided by Clover. The sandbox environment is designed for development and testing purposes, allowing you to experiment without affecting production data or devices.
Seek Clover Developer Support: If you have followed the steps above and are still encountering the error, it's recommended to reach out to the Clover developer support team. They can provide specific guidance and assistance in resolving the permission-related issue.
Remember to provide detailed information about the specific actions you are attempting to perform and the exact error message received. This will help the support team diagnose the problem more accurately and provide appropriate solutions. TellHappyStar
