Onboarding new merchant for semi-integration app

Hello,

I need to onboard a new merchant for our semi-integration app. Per instructions we received at the time our app was approved, I sent request email about a week ago to semi-integrations@clover.com, but I have not received any response.

Has the procedure onboarding new merchant changed or was the request stuck some where? Is there any way we can check the progress?

Hi @David06n, thanks for reaching out! It turns out that our ticketing system pulled this into an existing thread, so it didn't reach the semi-integrations inbox. In the future, please use start a new thread with a unique subject line. I've onboarded the merchant.
