Recently migrated from Payeeze to Clover

I have a webstore that used Payeeze as a payment gateway. Last month I got a communication about I was going to be migrated to Clover.

My developers followed all the steps indicated in this guide: https://docs.clover.com/docs/magento and now I am taking the payments using Clover on my website.

However, all the orders I receive on my website haven’t been transmitted to Clover.

Under Transactions>Payments I am not seeing any new transactions.

Can you please help me to find the error?

Are you a Clover merchant? Are you using a specific app? This forum is for developers that build apps on our platform to get development assistance. If you are a Clover merchant you should contact Clover support for assistance. Make sure you are using the correct account/merchant ID
