Connect multiple label printers to a single Clover device-mini or station

We have 4 label printers and 2 Clover devices-a mini and a station. We had 2 label printers connected to each device and everything was working fine. The shelf holding the label printers fell and now we can only get 1 printer to work at a time. We tested each printer individually and they work so I don't think they're damaged. Any thoughts on how to get back to having 2 label printers to work on each device?

Maybe the port is damaged? If you are a Clover Merchant I would suggest calling Clover Support to troubleshoot or maybe replace the device if applicable
