Our app users are currently unable to process payments through the Hosted Checkout service. The last successful payment was on 16/05/2023. The error message simply states "unable to process payments.

Exactly the same issue and start date! I called customer support but they told me that nothing is wrong... I highly doubt this since it's occurring on hosted checkout. Definitely something wrong on their end. When trying to make a payment on the hosted checkout, it returns a 500 Internal Error code.
