We have multiple restaurants using our API to receive orders from their online ordering platform. The orders are coming in great and some of the restaurants will print the orders as they come in on their own and do so following the item labels. Others will not print and we are forced to print for them. I know that there is a setting that we can change in the device, but we are not finding it. Any advice?
