How to cancel a request sent to Cloud Display?

Hi. we sent a payment request to Cloud Display but the Clover device was offline, then we connect Clover Flex to the internet. After that, we see the existing payment request went to errors (after add tip, it's showing loading), we cannot send new payment requests. How can we cancel the existing request on Clover?
