Hello! I am a bartender at a stadium who uses Clover/Bypass. We, unfortunately, have to print out our receipts to have the customer add a tip and sign. For the past month, the tip line is filled in with $0.00 instead of blank for the customer to fill in. This, of course, is causing all sorts of confusion with the customer. Our employer is saying that they don't know how to fix it. So I am going to try and find the solution for them. Please help!
