Error 403 Forbidden error - Developer Account Settings

Hi,

I'm trying to enter the developer's required info to be able to verify the app but can't seem to get that.

after filling out the info and clicking 'Save' It shows (Error Forbidden 403) as seen in the screenshot

Can I get help?
