Clover Developer Account

Hello,

Our developer account is not yet verified, It has been in "verifying account" status for over a week. May I know when will it get verified?

I have been trying to reach developer-relations@devrel.clover.com for almost a month for my account verification, however no one seems to responds. I'm in dire need of help for someone to lookup my account verification status
